RiverSong Reunion Lodge is a gorgeous riverfront family compound in Grand Lake featuring two custom-built log homes attached together with a central heated sleeping porch. This massive private micro-resort offers over 6,500 sq feet of interior living space and 6+ bedrooms with 17 individual beds, plus 6 additional cots/pull-out beds. (Rates are based on 16 people, but we can accommodate up to 24) RiverSong Reunion Lodge is located directly on the Colorado River featuring 185' ft of totally private sandy beach and private fly fishing stretch amid the tranquility of 2.5 wooded acres.

Enjoy the "song" of the Colorado River from one of our many spacious decks covered decks. The house features 6 bedrooms (including 2 main-floor bedrooms), 5 full bathrooms, a large main kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, as well as a second kitchen located on the opposite side of the house with direct access to our grill area and outdoor covered dining area.

Riversong offers tons of extra amenities (including abundant wildlife such as moose, elk, deer, fox, and chipmunks) which will offer cherished memories during your Colorado getaway! The entire property is professionally decorated and features 2 distinct sleeping and living areas, 2 kitchens, a spacious rec room, and spacious eating areas indoors and outdoors (seating for up to 22 people) it's perfect for large/extended families who want spend quality time together but not be right on top of each other. (Note: Prices are based on 16 adults, please contact us regarding larger group sizes up to 24, which may be possible.)

There are so many things to do right on the property! The large wrap-around covered deck and screened porch offer plenty of room to relax to the soothing sounds of the river. PLUS, the beautiful 2-story attached 1000 sq ft. "Party Barn" rec room remodeled in Colorado rustic barn wood style is great for indoor activities such as ping pong, foosball, giant Jenga, darts, shuffleboard, board games, and more.

Enjoy your very own private family mini-resort with fishing in the Colorado River located right on the property, explore our 4-hole disc golf course, toss some horseshoes, play cornhole or ladder ball, challenge family members to a game of volleyball or tetherball, take a nap in the hammock, or snuggle under the stars by a roaring bonfire right on the private, sandy "river beach." (some outdoor amenities may not be available between November-April due to weather.)

You'll love the quiet, private setting, located just 5 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Grand Lake Village with shops, restaurants, live music, art galleries and the famous Grand Lake Beach. We're only 1/2 mile from the closest marina with plenty of room to park your boat on site or rent a boat at the marina to explore the three area lakes!

Riversong Reunion Lodge is privately owned and managed by long-time experienced vacation homeowners, Tim and Kami Gilmour, who are part-time local residents and active community members.

We frequently use RiverSong for our own large family gatherings and corporate events, and we're passionate about hospitality and providing top-notch care and attention for our guests. Whether it's helping you make reservations for local attractions, recommendations for services, or simply planning for your special gathering, we offer a complimentary 24/7 concierge service before and during your stay!
